An associate plant society is
- a member of a permanent statewide or national plant society,
- entitled to representation at annual meeting by their president or alternate,
- pays annual dues according to Article IV, Sec. 3(a) of the CGCI Bylaws
- need not belong to a district,
- is eligible for liability insurance.
