Gardening & Floral Design is a life-long journey of learning

 

Whether you are interested in learning about gardening, landscape design, environmental study or even being a flower show judge, NGC has a school for you and classes planned throughout the state. Learn more about it.

 

Scholarship


The Auburn Garden Club is offering $1,000 scholarships to this year's qualifying 
graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled community college and university
students who are interested in agricultural and horticultural studies.
 
A downloadable application in pdf format is attached.  Please make this application and information
available to your students or contacts who might be interested.  The deadline for application submission is April 11, 2010.








CGCI Member Award of Distinction

With the CGCI Member Award of Distinction there is a new opportunity for garden clubs and districts to honor members.  Upon application and submission of the award fee of $50.00, the club or district will receive a certificate and pin, suitable for presentation to the honoree.  Proceeds will benefit the CGCI Educational Publications Fund. Operation Wildflower Educational Grants

Is your club or district presenting an educational wildflower/native plant symposium, conference or workshop?  If so, then why not apply for an Operation Wildflower Grant to help with expense?   For more information see the NGC website under Wildflower Grants Information and Application form.

The Gardening Consultants Council of CGCI has established an award for members to give commendation to beautiful gardens in their community. Click here for a certificate you can print out ourself.
